Properties to let
We have a varied portfolio of properties to let in Pembroke Dock and Milford Haven including office space, retail and leisure units, light and heavy industrial units, warehouses and laydown areas.
Our industrial units include small workshops and storage units starting from 300 sqft up to heavy industrial units of 30,000 sq ft which can be used for large-scale fabrication or warehousing.
Office space is also available within and nearby Pembroke Port in historic dockyard buildings ranging from 140 sqft units with shared facilities to self-contained buildings of over 1,000 sqft with both traditional and open plan configurations.
Soon, we will have brand new office and workshop spaces available within Pembroke Port following the refurbishment of annexes adjoining the historic Sunderland Hangars. This is a development led by the Port of Milford Haven, as part of the Swansea Bay City Deal-backed Pembroke Dock Marine project. This project will create a world-class centre for marine energy and engineering in close proximity to the Celtic Sea. As well as new office and workshop spaces, we’re charging up to support green industries further, with fabrication and laydown space, an extended slipway and a new berthing zone.
By locating your business here, you’ll benefit from the nearby shops, cafes and hotels in the town of Pembroke Dock; the twice daily ferry service to Ireland with Irish Ferries; nearby slipway and quay access, port services and infrastructure; and the local supply chain including specialist engineering businesses.
Whether you are a start-up, temporary project or an established business looking to relocate or expand we can help you find the right property for your needs.
Available properties can be viewed on the website of our sister company, Quayside Properties, who can also help if you’re looking for property to let in Milford Haven. Alternatively, please get in touch with us to discuss your property needs further.
The Hangar Annexes development is part of the Swansea Bay City Deal-backed Pembroke Dock Marine project which is funded by UK Government, the Welsh Government, the public and private sector. It is also part funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government.
