News from Welsh Government:
New Repayable Fund offers repayable finance of between £50,000 and £500,000 to SMEs to help them grow and create jobs. The fund is focused on supporting businesses within the Welsh Government key sectors, which are:
However, projects that are outside these sectors and are of strategic value to the Welsh economy may be considered.
Social Enterprises can be eligible for support, providing the project is profitable and the profits are reinvested in the business. In addition, the majority of project funding must originate from the private sector and the business must be self sustaining after initial grant support. You will need to demonstrate a need for funding.
